Including credit cards, cash, and personal checks, as well as offer financing for your convenience. In the event a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a service charge of $35.00 will be assessed to the account.

We have an Cancellation Policy
Bellevue Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
Appointment Changes or Cancellation Notification
Please call us at (402) 933-9009 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
Monday Appointment Cancellations
To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office at (402) 933-9009 by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $70.00 for a missed consultation appointment, or 10% of a total procedure charge for a missed surgical appointment.
